Denny Fraser has made Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry of South Carolina home for his family since 1973. After many successful years working in the construction industry, Denny studied law at the University of South Carolina School of Law, earning the degree of Juris Doctor In 2000. After being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2000, Denny joined forces with longtime Hilton Head attorney, Terry Finger, and started laying the foundation for what is now Finger & Fraser, P.A.

The Firm enjoys a broad private and corporate practice spanning the practice areas of corporate law, real property law, construction law, property owner’s association law, personal injury law, employment law, credit relation law, intellectual property law, municipal law, and estate planning. As well as its private practice, the Firm currently represents the Town of Bluffton, South Carolina and serves as the Town Prosecutor. The Firm has seven attorneys, each of whom has a practice focus devoted to one or more of the Firm’s primary practice areas. The attorneys are not only licensed in the state of South Carolina, but three of the attorneys individually hold licenses in Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and California. Aside from a professional goal of excellence in the legal field, the firm of Finger & Fraser, P.A. prides itself in sharing an association with attorneys who are dedicated to family and community. The Firm strongly encourages all of its attorneys to give time to local charitable associations, and to assume an active role in strengthening the quality and character of life in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. With a strong belief that a professional career is significantly enhanced by a balanced life, the Firm insists that all attorneys have the flexibility in job scheduling to make time for family and community.

Denny is honored to have as clients many of the same people and corporations who were his customers during his twenty-five year business career. His practice is devoted to all of the practice areas of the Firm. Although litigation is a significant part of his practice, Denny believes lawsuits should be reserved as a final path after exhausting all other means of resolution and extensive personal counseling so that the client is fully informed of the cost and emotional commitment required of litigation. Denny endeavors in his practice to assist clients in complex problem solving with a focus on achieving the best result for the client.
